  • Do you offer furnished salon or spa suites?

    A: Yes! Our Luxury and Premier Suites come fully furnished with professional salon equipment such as a styling chair, shampoo bowl, mirror, station, and dryer. Standard and Premium Suites are unfurnished so you can bring your own setup.

  • Are massage therapists allowed at MNK Suites?

    A: Yes, massage therapists are welcome at MNK Suites. Our private wellness suites offer a quiet, professional environment suitable for massage, bodywork, and holistic services. Suites include 24/7 secure access and utilities.

  • Do you allow tattoo artists and PMU artists?

    A: Absolutely. Tattoo artists, PMU artists, microbladers, and cosmetic tattoo providers are allowed at MNK Suites as long as they follow health and sanitation requirements. Our suites offer privacy and a clean, customizable space.

  • Can estheticians rent a suite at MNK Suites?

    A: Yes! Estheticians are one of our top renter groups. MNK Suites provides spa-friendly rooms with utilities included, 24/7 access, and the option to bring your own equipment or rent add-ons.

    A: All MNK Suites renters receive a secure key fob for 24/7 access to their private suite. The front door unlocks automatically during daytime business hours, and renters can enter anytime using their fob.
